Time can be saved on subsequent orders by providing your previous account info. If you request a catalog/newsletter, your name, mailing address and email address is collected. You are welcome to opt out of providing any information. Cookies are used and is a feature of your browser to assign identification to your computer. The unique user ID contained in your cookie automatically identifies your computer - NOT YOU. This ID is used by the server every time you visit our site. Payment Method

We accept Visa & Mastercard, which typically process within 24 hours of order shipping. For payments by check, there is a 5-7 business day hold placed. Merchandise cannot be ordered without confirmation of payment method.

Cancellation Policy

In stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed.We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you choose to return an item that has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (both to and from our distribution center).

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we may work with you to arrange a return or replacement. Refunds or credits are also available.

If you wish to return your order, refunds will be issued if merchandise is returned in original condition (30 days). For returns after 30 days, a restocking fee is charged. Credit card order will receive a credit back. Checks and cash payments will be returned via a refund check.

Our product is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments in the most safest possible means available. If possible, retain the original packaging materials for at least 30 days for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packaging materials if the outer carton has been worn due to transit. A call tag will be issued for pick-up of the merchandise.
